Mahindra XEV 9e And BE 6e Launch: The Grand entry of Mahindra’s two new EV brands XEV and BE’s flagship products in the electric car segment in India has created a stir. Mahindra has also revealed the prices of XEV 9e and BE 6e for India and the global market at the Unlimit India event in Chennai. Amidst the growing demand for electric cars around the world as future mobility, both these electric SUVs of Mahindra are ready to spread their charm. Mahindra XEV 9e And BE 6e: Prices
Talking about the prices of Mahindra & Mahindra’s brand new flagship electric SUV, the ex-showroom price of BE 6e starts at Rs 18.90 lakh and the ex-showroom price of XEV 9e starts at Rs 21.90 lakh. The delivery of both these electric SUVs will start from February 2025.
Mahindra XEV 9e And BE 6e: Look-Design
Both these SUVs of Mahindra & Mahindra have been built on the INGLO Electric Origin Architecture. The length of XEV 9e is 4,789 mm and the ground clearance is 207 mm. This flagship SUV of Mahindra has a frunk space of 195 liters and boot space of 663 liters. At the same time, the length of BE 6e is 4,371 mm and 455 liters boot space along with 45 liters space in the front trunk.
Mahindra XEV 9E has a sleek aerodynamic coupe SUV design. It has a bold triangular headlamp setup, flared wheel arches, wide LED light bar and 19-inch wheels. On the other hand, BE 6E has integrated inverted L-shaped DRL, 20-inch alloy wheels and other features. Both these SUVs of Mahindra look very impressive, stylish and futuristic.
Mahindra XEV 9e And BE 6e: Battery-Power and Range
Mahindra & Mahindra’s brand new electric SUV XEV 9e and BE 6e come with battery pack options of up to 59 kWh and 79 kWh. These have batteries with LFP chemistry and come with ultra fast charging support, which can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in just 20 minutes with the help of a 175 kW charger.
Talking about power and range, the 59kWh battery pack of Mahindra XEV 9E and BE 6E generates 231 hp of power. At the same time, the 79 kWh battery pack generates 286 hp of power and 380 Newton meter of peak torque. Both these SUVs can be driven at a speed of 0-100 kmph in just 6.7 seconds. Talking about the range, the single charge range of Mahindra BE 6E is up to 682 km and the single charge range of XEV 9E is up to 656 km. Lifetime battery warranty has been given on both these electric SUVs of Mahindra.
Mahindra XEV 9e And BE 6e: Features
Mahindra & Mahindra’s brand new SUV XEV 9e and BE 6e not only have a great look and design, but they are also full of features. Along with futuristic cabin design and comfortable seats, XEV 9e has a 43-inch triple screen setup, which includes passenger, driver and central infotainment and the most important thing is that they can be synced together and converted into theater mode. Entertainment facility has also been provided for rear passengers in the Bring Your Own Device option. BE 6e has a 12.3-inch dual screen setup.
Apart from this, these electric SUVs have many features including 360 degree camera, auto adjusting head-up display vision, wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play, multiple drive modes, connected car features, 6 airbags, ambient lighting with 16 million color options and advanced driver assistance system.
